Forget Guitar Hero, This Kid is My New Hero

Occasionally you come across something that just makes you step back in amazement; this is one of those instances. I stumbled upon this kid jamming out some classic Zeppelin, Stairway to Heaven and thought the rockers out there would be awed as well. Rate it, post it, maybe even leave some comments.

this is not virtuoso level playing. Dont get me wrong, its good for a kid, but its not as great as you are all making it up to be. Hes just playing the notes, thers no real musical skill involved. And to solo like that, you just need to have some patience or a crazy parent getting you to go over one of the millions of stairway to heaven tabs on the internet on a daily basis. It would take maturity and experience to solo LIKE that, if he were composing and improvising as he went, but to memorize the solo would just take practice and repitition.[/quote]
Sorry, but I've been playing guitar for about 11 years now and first off, the Stairway solo is very easy, there is a reason that stairway is one of the first songs that many guitarists learn. But this kid's timing is great and he's got the talent...
Hope to see this kid playing professionally one day.

Amazing! After reading some
Amazing! After reading some of those comments I think people should cut the kid some slack. Why the hell would anyone say this kid is not a "virtuoso", or that they can play better than the kid? He's so young, its amazing that he can even reach some of those notes.
